A good result for the 2nds 10-1 against Wilts 3rds and 7-4 against Bucks 2 

The result against Bucks was extremely hard fought, even though they were one ladies pairs short (due to a retirement) 

We battled through 7 three matches winning five (very impressive) . Started off with Bucks taking 3 of the 4 singles, Katie’s win getting the ball rolling, Winning all 3 mixed doubles won us the day. A few new pairings went down well Aiden and Ed hit it off really well. New mixed pairings of Aidan/Abbie and Marcus/Yashica were a success as well.  

Wilts 3 gave a very good account of themselves with both Rob Hawkins and Christian Tan taking the first sets in the first matches of the day, which made it rather interesting. Close scores in the mens’ first doubles where Tom Marshall and Jason Raymond lost 19 and 18 and the 3rds Ladies 1 pair of Fran Bailey/Megan Robertson losing 17 and 16 made sure the 2nds had a match on their hands. 

Tom and Fran beat Lewis and Rosie at first mixed 18 and 15 which gave them their only win. Alex and Harriet took Aidan and Abbie to 3 sets in a very entertaining match
