In the Mens 40-45s seven pairs contested the spoils in two groups, in a repeat format of the ladies. The semi finals saw Simon Carter and Neil Wilcox bested by Dave King and Simon West in straight sets, while Rich Wojewoka and Paul King took Hayden Dibble and Mark Titchener to three sets 21-18, 14-21, 21-13 to set up a final that lived up to expectation.
