Q. Do masters need to have a compete licence to play in the county league set up and/or the ICC in January. We know they need it for specific tournaments (ie Hampshire masters) but for league and ICC?
A. That is correct, for the new season you will need a compete licence to play. If you could inform the other club members, that would be great.
